Biography

I joined the CPD Unit after working in an international development role at Swansea University where I worked throughout the Middle East, as well as China and Russia. Prior to that, I worked in business engagement roles at Cardiff and Aberystwyth Universities, as well as the University of Bedfordshire, where I oversaw Luton's advanced-level skills project.

I have a first-class degree in Business Management from the University of Chester, a master's degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship from the University of Southampton, and a doctorate from the University of South Wales. My doctoral research was sponsored by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and looked at the behavioural characteristics of generation Z entrepreneurs in Wales.
