Overview

I am a Lecturer in Economics in Cardiff University. I am a macroeconomist and my research interests include in particular sovereign debt and default, monetary policy in open macro and financial intergration. I hold a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence (2016). Since 2019 I also hold a position in the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Since 2018 I am a Visiting Academic in the Bank of England.
