Dr Kate L. Daunt is a Professor of Marketing at Cardiff Business School and is currently the Deputy Director of Doctoral Studies.  Previously, Kate was Chair of Cardiff Business School’s Research Ethics Committee and Pathway Convenor for SSRM in Business and Management Studies.

Kate’s main research interests include consumer misbehaviour, dysfunction during service and service design.  Kate is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), an Academic Fellow of the Crime and Security Research Institute and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honour Society.

Kate is an Associate Editor at the Journal of Services Marketing and serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Service Research, the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Marketing Management.
