Overview

BSc (Hons) Chemistry degree (1992) and PhD in Crystallography (1995) from University of Wales College Cardiff. Employed at IQE plc as a Senior III:V Semiconductor crystal growth Engineer in Production, Product Management and Performance Engineering (1996-2009). Employed in the School of Engineering at Cardiff University from February 2010. Research interests primarily in Renewable Energy generation, specifically Photovoltaic technologies at cell, module and systems levels.Electrical & Electronic Engineering
