Biography

I have been a learning technologist in higher education since 2006, previously working at the University of Birmingham before moving to Cardiff University in 2014

As eLearning Project manager in the School of Social Sciences I worked across the school to embed technology enhance learning, including developing and supporting a number of online and blended distance learning programmes.

I joined the Cardiff Learning and Teaching Academy (LT Academy) in May 2020 as a learning technology officer and in September of that year was appointed Digital Learning Manager.

I have been a Certified Member of the Association of Learning Technology (ALT) since 2016, having submitted my most recent portfolio in 2019. I am also a CMALT assessor and use this experience to mentor colleagues in the digital education team who are applying for ALT certification.
