Role responsibilities
I am a Digital Learning Manager within the Learning and Teaching Academy. I work with both academic and professional colleagues across the University to advance the University’s Digital Education roadmap, contributing to projects focused on transforming learning and teaching practice. I am the Digital Education Co-Partner for the College of Arts Humanities and Social Sciences and Digital Education Partner to the School of History, Archaeology and Religion.

Biography
I am an educator with over a decade’s experience in technology enhanced learning and teaching in Higher Education at Cardiff University (and almost a decade’s experience in Further Education before that, as a maths teacher and a manager). I have worked both in the central professional services, an academic school, and a college including working for a Doctoral Training Partnership across Wales. As well as training staff I teach medical educators at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I joined the Cardiff Learning and Teaching Academy in the summer of 2020 and began my current role as a Learning Technology Manager at the start of 2021.
