Overview

I am a Lecturer in Organizational Studies in the Management, Employment, and Organization section, and the Director of Online Learning for Cardiff Business School.

My research is highly interdisciplinary. I am published across philosophy (ethics, epistemology, and ontology), heterodox economics, business ethics, gender studies, and social psychology.

I completed my BA (Hons) in Women’s Studies at Lancaster University, and hold an MPhil and PhD in Gender Studies from the University of Cambridge, where I was Cambridge Political Economy Society Trust Scholar (2012-2016).

I am an Honorary Research Associate at the Centre for Business Research, Judge Business School, Cambridge, and a Senior Member of Newnham College, Cambridge.

Biography

Prior to academia, I pursued a career in industry between undergraduate and postgraduate studies, in sectors including media, publishing, and supply chain management. This career brought me into direct contact with organizational ethics, including corporate social responsibility and sustainability, and relatedly with organizational culture issues regarding gender, leadership and management in the workplace.
