Overview

I am responsible for overseeing the administration of the School to ensure that academic functions are supported effectively. The role involves contributing to planning and strategic development, managing and controlling School finances and financial planning, leading the team of administrative support staff, management of HR processes, and ensuring that the School complies with relevant University policies and legislation. I am also responsible for the School’s governance structure, the buildings we work and study in, health & safety and student services. I am a member of the School's Management Board and I also work with the College Registrar and team, actively contributing to the implementation of initiatives and the continuous improvement of support services.
