Overview

I am a qualitative researcher primarily, working in palliative care, with experience of mixed methods and a background in pharmacology. My research interests are: development of core outcome sets, and patient and family experiences of advanced cancer.

My current research interests are as follows: development of core outcome sets, shared decision support tools, and patient and family experiences of living with advanced cancer.

Current research projects:

  • Serenity Study - development of a shared decision support tool for deprescribing antithrombotic therapy in advanced cancer patients (2022-present)
  • COBra Study - patient reported Core Outcomes in Brain tumour trials (2021 - present)
  • Core Outcome Domains for Evaluating Adult Palliative Care Services in Wales (2021 - present) (Co Investigator)
