Mariangela is a Research Assistant on the AHRC funded project: Shelf-Life; Re-imagining the future of Carnegie Public Libraries.


Mariangela joined the WSA in 2017 as a Research Assistant, focusing her activity on the digitalization of cultural heritage and HBIM. She also works as an Architectural Assistant in London, where she takes part in conservation projects of national and international relevance. She holds a Master Degree in Architecture ("Federico II" University, 2013) and an MSc in Sustainable Building Conservation (Cardiff University, 2015).

She studied architecture in Naples, where she also worked as an assistant in a research project of national relevance (PRIN) concerning the redevelopment and valorization of the archaeological site of Cumae (Naples, Italy). Her MArc dissertation design project has been published as part of this research.
