Research

I am a research fellow at the Welsh School of Architecture with an experitse in building physics, building simulation, building energy consumption modelling at an urban scale.

Teaching

I am Module leader for Low Carbon Buildings and dissertation supervisor on the Architectural Science Masters.

Teaching profile

I am Module leader for Low Carbon Buildings, dissertation supervisor and contibute to other modules on the Architectural Science Masters.

Currently I am supervising 2 PhD student (second supervising 7 PhD students).

Research interests

Energy and environmental models at all scales, from the person to a regional scale. The use of Geographic Information systems (GIS) to model the built environment at an urban scale. Monitoring the energy use and performance of buildings.

Supervision experience

Currently first supervising 2 PhDs and second supervising 7 PhDs. I have second supervised 6 PhD to completion.
