Summary

Provides specialist technical support, maintenance, repairs and operational guidance of cleanroom equipment including vacuum systems, pumps, chillers and other essential equipment used in semiconductor device fabrication to cleanroom users. Assists ICS cleanroom process engineering staff with operational and maintenance procedures. Develop and delivery of training within the ICS cleanroom. Liaise with external manufacturing and service maintenance engineers within the ICS cleanroom.
