Research summary

My main interest is in connectomics and trying to understand the relationships between the structural and functional connectivity. Currently I am working on trying to model biologically-meaningful parameters (e.g. conduction delays) from microstructural measurements of white-matter obtained from high-gradient diffusion MRI (e.g. axon diameter, myelination) and identify relationships with measures of functional connectivity in MEG (e.g. coherence, transfer entropy) and interhemispheric paired-pulse TMS.

My broader interests include neuroimaging methods, computational neuroscience, neuroinformatics, biophysics, neurophysiology and neuropsychiatry.
