Jack Lovell Price

Research student, Philosophy, School of English, Communication and Philosophy

I completed both my BA History of Ideas and Philosophy and MA Analytic and Modern European Philosophy in Cardiff. My PhD research focuses on Theodor W. Adorno's account of human subjectivity in relation to society, and aims to challenge and develop his account through the work of Max Scheler. I am funded through the AHRC via the South, West and Wales Doctoral Training Partnership and am co-supervised by Dr. Andrew Edgar at Cardiff, and Dr. Christine Hauskeller at Exeter.
