Overview

I am a ESRC and Welsh Government funded researcher. My research examines employer engagement with schools, the aspirations of young people and post-16 transitions in Wales.

Research interests

Research Assistant Experience 

  • Conducting interviews and aiding with the creation of a REF Impact Case Study for a Cardiff University community outreach project (CAER Heritage)
  • Collecting quantitative data for a schools drug prevention study (FRANK Friends)
  • Analysing qualitative data (free-text comments) using NVIVO for the Marketing and Communications team at Cardiff University Students' Union
