Research interests

My interests concern psychological and social dimensions of environmental issues. Specifically, my research focuses on public awareness and engagement with the negative health and environmental impacts associated with meat consumption/production.

I am interested in the motives driving meat consumption and ways of encouraging people to reduce their meat intake, utilizing theories of behaviour change. I am also interested in whether interventions aimed at reducing meat consumption might lead to engagement in other pro-environmental behaviours via behavioural spillover.
