Research summary

My PhD focuses on the link between sleep and memory. Mainly, I am interested in how we can manipulate sleep to improve or change memory and creativity. I also have a particular interest in learning more about the function of REM sleep and the interplay between different sleep stages.

Teaching summary

I was a postgraduate tutor for Year 1 undergraduates: I helped them with report writing and statistics homework, and I marked their practical reports.
Currently, I occasionally do demonstrating of neuroanatomy in the Biosciences department.
