I previously studied an MSc in Advancing Healthcare Practice and as part of this I examined the student nurse- mentor relationship and issues around failure to fail.

Research interests
My research is looking at the effects of caring on registered nurses. I am primarily interested in qualitative methods and my current study uses IPA methods.
