Topics

Our training sessions are developed around 4 core themes:

Advanced analytics, forecasting and inventory optimisation

This training provides a strong theoretical background into the key principles and mathematics required to do demand planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation. The theoretical training is combined with practical case studies and insight from industry. The training also includes specific training on leading edge forecasting software application, D2ID.

Supply chain optimisation and design

Many supply chain trainings focus either on transport or manufacturing or warehouse or inventory optimisation – the PARC training combines all of these elements to provide a holistic approach to supply chain design and optimisation. With our partners' knowledge in developing circular, sustainable supply chains, the training also includes optimisation in terms of both financial and environmental factors.
