Video: “Jagged Edge” authors bring book discussion to Pontypridd

Authors based at Cardiff University’s Wales Governance Centre continued a series of public discussion events to highlight their new book The Welsh Criminal Justice System: On the Jagged Edge.

The Hiraeth Podcast recorded the session live at Storyville Books in Pontypridd.

In the recording, Robert Jones and Richard Wyn Jones explore the state of the Welsh criminal justice system, the difficult interaction between reserved and devolved responsibilities for justice and social policy, and the lack of political accountability under the current constitutional arrangements.
