School reception events

Please note that all tickets for Graduation guarantee entry to both your ceremony and your School reception event.

Graduation reception events are free of charge for students and their two guests. Receptions are also free of charge for those who have purchased an additional guest ticket (where available).

Light refreshments of canapes and drinks will be served at the reception events. There will also be the option to purchase a selection of food and drink in the Graduation Gardens.

We will cater for a wide range of dietary requirements. Please speak to a member of catering staff on the day if you have a particular dietary requirement.

The Graduation Gardens at Main Building are fully accessible.

If you have any questions regarding your School reception event please contact the Corporate and Ceremonial Events Team.
