Speaker: Dr Valerie Sparkes, Arthritis Research UK Biomechanics and Bioengineering Centre, Cardiff University.

Over 10 million people are living with Arthritis and 78% of people with Arthritis experience pain every day. 30.8 million working days are lost every year to arthritis related conditions and arthritis also affects people participating in sport and leisure activities. Researchers at the Arthritis Research UK Biomechanics and Bioengineering Centre at Cardiff University are investigating the best treatments, including the best forms of exercise to treat osteoarthritis.
