Diversity in the workplace brings different perspectives and approaches, creating real impact and benefits. Organisations with greater workplace diversity achieve tangible outputs including; the outperforming of competitors, higher innovation, higher employee engagement, enhance company performance and increase profits.
Furthermore, diversity became a key workplace trend in 2020, with the Covid-19 pandemic leading to changes in company recruitment strategies. Many companies have started recruiting more diverse teams from across the world, whilst working remotely.
We are delighted to be joined by Marion Templeman, Director of Talent Acquisition at Legal and General Group plc who will give an overview of the work that has been undertaken to drive diversity and inclusion across L&G.
Through presentations and a panel discussion, this event will explore the positive impact of diversity recruitment programmes whilst highlighting the work of Cardiff University in this area.
