Breakfast Briefing Audience

Our first Breakfast Briefing of the Autumn will aim to resolve “How far can Welsh firms gain an edge from Superfast?”, and will be held in the Executive Education Suite on Tuesday September 24th.

During the course of the discussion, Professor Max Munday of Cardiff University will be joined by Giles Phelps CEO of Spectrum Internet, and David Elsmere from Superfast Business Wales, to explore three key issues. Firstly, they will review evidence of SME digital adoption in Wales, and assess productivity gains from those adopters. Secondly, they will look at the challenges facing Wales in relation to digital roll-out, and thirdly, how SMEs can benefit from Government advice and support, to take advantage of new digital infrastructure.

The Briefing will include an analysis of recent findings from the Cardiff Business School Digital Maturity survey, and will examine the ramifications for SMEs who do not fully engage with opportunities arising from digital technology.

We are delighted to extend an invitation to you and a colleague to our next Breakfast Briefing in Cardiff Business School, Postgraduate Teaching Centre, Colum Drive, Cardiff CF10 3EU.
