Religion, Faith and Society Research Group
The RFS research group provides a supportive and collegiate environment for nurturing scholarly activities relating to the social scientific study of religion and faith. It supports academic colleagues and postgraduate research students in the discussion and development of research ideas, projects, publications and grant applications. In so doing, the group aims to facilitate the forging of cross-college links in this area and raise the profile of social scientific work on religion and faith across the university.
The group meets to participate in a range of scholarly activities, including reading groups, informal presentations, intellectual problem-solving, data analysis, discussion of draft research publications and development of grant applications. Academic colleagues and postgraduate research students from within and outside of the university are welcome to attend the meetings.
