Our suite of project and programme management courses caters for those who are looking to develop their practical project management skills as well as for more experienced practitioners seeking a formal qualification.
We run a range of courses, designed to suit you, whatever level of the profession you are currently working at.
Introductory level courses
If you would like to explore a more introductory project management course (without a formal qualification), take a look at our Project Management 2-day course.
|Project Management||19-20 May 2020|
Advanced face to face courses
If you are looking for an advanced training course, in either project or programme management, we offer intensive courses in PRINCE2®, Managing Succesful Programmes (MSP®) and AgilePM®. These all run for one week, and include examinations at Foundation and Practitioner level.
You will be taught be expert trainers from our partners at Aspire Europe Ltd, an Accredited Training Organisation of The APM Group Ltd.
We also offer a 2-day course called 'Leading People Through Change'. This non-accredited course covers some of the same broad topics as the MSP® course, but focuses on how to run a programme, rather than understanding the framework and methodology.
|PRINCE2®||27-31 January 2020|
|Managing Succesful Programmes (MSP®)||30 March - 3 April 2020|
|AgilePM®||Register your interest for future dates|
|Leading People Through Change (non-accredited course)||23-24 July 2020|
Advanced blended eLearning and face to face courses
Finally, if you want to achieve a qualification in PRINCE2® or MSP®, we also offer blended eLearning versions of these two training programmes, so you can combine home study with a 2-day exam preparation workshop.
