Deuthum i'r Ysgol Gwyddorau fel darlithydd o swydd yng Nghanolfan Ymchwil Ryngwladol Morwyr (SIRC), lle roeddwn yn Brif Ymchwilydd a Chyfarwyddwr Cynorthwyol. Cyn gweithio yn SIRC, roeddwn i'n swyddog llong sy'n mynd ar y môr.
Gyda fy nghefndir morwrol, mae fy ymchwil wedi canolbwyntio'n bennaf ar y sector morwrol a materion iechyd, risg a diogelwch cysylltiedig â gwaith yng nghyd-destun prosesau cymdeithasol ac economaidd byd-eang.
