Kevin is interested in deployments of critical pedagogy in both educational and non-educational spaces, and draws on various dimensions of curriculum theory, critical theory and cultural studies in examining the interplay between the politics of curriculum and its impact on teacher education, classroom practices and student orientations to schooling.
Current Research
Kevin is currently conducting research for a WISERD Education longitudinal study of secondary and primary students in schools in Wales
