Ymchwil
Mae fy ymchwil hyd yma wedi bod ym meysydd cyfraith droseddol ryngwladol a chyfraith hawliau dynol rhyngwladol, gyda ffocws penodol ar dreialon troseddol rhyngwladol a'u cyfranogwyr. Ar lefel macro, mae fy ngwaith yn ymgysylltu â'r cysylltiad rhwng tegwch a chyfiawnder, a sut maent yn gysyniadau cynhenid cysylltiedig. Nid wyf yn tueddu i gysylltu fy ymchwil ag un fethodoleg er mwyn osgoi cyfyngu ar fy ngwaith trwy ei weld trwy ei weld trwy lens ideoleg benodol. Mae hyn yn rhoi ei hun i ddull mwy cymharol gan ei fod yn caniatáu imi ymgymryd ag ystod eang o safbwyntiau gwahanol. Yn gyffredinol, rwy'n ceisio canolbwyntio fy ngwaith ar broblemau ymarferol yn hytrach na damcaniaethol oherwydd credaf fod angen i'r gyfraith fod yn ddefnyddiadwy ac yn ddealladwy. Rwyf hefyd yn credu ei bod yn bwysig cynnig atebion i faterion cyfreithiol anodd yn hytrach na chynnig beirniadaeth yn unig.
