Dr. Bo Guan obtained his Ph.D. in Business Management in 2021 and is currently working as a research associate at Cardiff Business School. Prior to this, he obtained his bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Cardiff University with a First Class Honours classification. He successfully completed his MSc in Accounting and Finance - Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He then completed MSc Social Science Research Methods and embarked on his Ph.D. journey at Cardiff Business School. He obtained an associate fellowship status under the UK Higher Education Academy in 2019.
His research interest includes nonlinear time series modeling and forecasting, textual analysis, behavioral finance, policy evaluation, corporate governance, asset pricing, etc.
