I am a Research Assistant in the Human-Centred Computing group where I conduct research across the Human-Computer Interaction, Human-Robot Interaction and Human-Autonomy Teaming. My research interests include Coordination of Distributed Autonomous Agents in Adversarial Environments and novel interfaces for Decision Support Systems.
Prior to my research role at Cardiff University, I worked as a Data/Machine Learning Engineer in finance.
My research goal is to enhance human situational understanding and facilitate shared control of large-scale, dynamic and complex autonomous systems subject to adversarial attacks and uncertainties in their environment. Currently, I explore methods of making human-machine interaction seamless, faster and less error-prone with the intention of removing barriers to human situational awareness. I also investigate human interaction with machines to better understand preferences and offer insights into novel usage patterns.
