Roberta De Angelis joined Cardiff Business School in January 2020 as a Lecturer in Marketing & Strategy. Prior to joining the Cardiff Business School as a lecturer, she was a research associate at The Exeter Centre for Circular Economy and a post-doctoral research fellow in the circular economy at The Exeter Business School, wherein as a teaching assistant, she contributed to the delivery of the Circular Masterclass, a circular economy on-line course for business executives. Her research interest is in business model innovation in the circular economy. Currently, she is researching circular entrepreneurship from a business model perspective, the socio-ethical dimensions of the circular economy, the organisational paradoxes emerging in the process of business model innovation for circularity and the conceptual and theoretical foundations of circular economy thinking.
