I have worked in pre and post registration nurse education since 2003, primarily in pre-registration child nursing and the Specialist Community Practitioner Health Nurse (Health Visiting) programme. I also worked as the lead for education and research at the local children’s hospice ‘Ty Hafan’ from November 2012 till July 2015. I am interested in management of change and nurse leadership. I am currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate and will be undertaking research into multi-disciplinary teams working with life limited and life threatened children in the hospice setting.
