Trosolwg

The research of my group at Cardiff University can be broadly divided into four areas: III-V integration on silicon; Quantum dots and devices; Nanowires and integrated materials; Unconventional epitaxy for disruptive integration technologies.

We work closely with the Institute for Compound Semiconductors (ICS) and EPSRC Future Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Hub.
