I am responsible for the high performance computing and data platform at CUBRIC.
With four MR scanners, one MEG and several EEG, TMS and cognitive testing labs, CUBRIC generates a lot of data. This means a lot of storage and analysis power of course (CUBRIC runs the equivalent of 64 years of analysis every month), but also the appropriate policies and protections are in place.
I supervise the Compute and Data team for CUBRIC. Its mission is to deliver high quality data at high speed to CUBRIC's researchers and their collaborators across the world.
