Summary
I am seconded on a part time basis (0.4fte) to the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Unit (NDAU) in the Cardiff University Centre for Human Developmental Science (CUCHDS). The NDAU adopts the RDoC framework to assess the children strengths and areas for improvement across a wide range of domains including language, cognition, emotional processing, social processing and motor skills to provide a comprehensive developmental profile that is fed back to the school. The NDAU will also use the research data collected to inform regarding developmental difficulties involved in neurodevelopmental disorders.
