Research Officer with the Wales Centre for Public Policy, working on a range of assignments in the Centre’s work programme for Welsh Government and Public Services.

Having previously worked in an analytical capacity within a number of public sector organisations, Helen's particular area of expertise is in the analysis of administrative data.
