My research interests are primarily focused in Medical and Family Law, and the comparative study and international regulation of assisted reproduction. 

My PhD thesis is looking at the international rights of the child, as defined by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, in relation to surrogacy arrangements.  Taking a socio-legal approach, my research aims to conclude as to whether current domestic laws adequately protect these fundamental rights.
