Thao Nguyen is a PhD candidate whose research focus is in the growth of small and medium enterprises in Vietnam. She's particularly interested in how firms insert themselves, participate, and upgrade in Global Value Chains. Prior to the PhD programme, she has completed MSc International Management and MSc Social Science Research Methods at Cardiff University.
