Trosolwg
I am a PhD student at Cardiff Business School in the Accounting and Finance section. I hold degrees in business administration and commerce (MBA and M.Phil) from my home country, Pakistan. I have taught finance courses related to investment analysis and portfolio management, financial derivatives, corporate finance, and risk management to graduate students.
In addition, I am a stock market investor. In line with my academic and work experience, my research interests are mainly in asset pricing and behavioral finance.
My research is on seasonalities in stock return synchronicity, and the impact of investors' attention to macroeconomic or firm-specific news on synchronicity.
As a hobby, I like to read military history.
