Working Memory Video

Working with Dr Mark Stacey (Wales Deanery), we’ve created new whiteboard video looking at working memory and its relevance to learning, teaching and performance.

Mark explains:

“Learning, teaching and especially performance are determined by the way the mind works. That function is affected particularly by stress and how a bottleneck affects that process; the bottleneck is - your working memory. "
