Our office is open 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
We welcome correspondences in Welsh and English.

Feedback and complaints
We welcome your feedback on any part of the customer journey. Please email or telephone us with your comments.
All complaints must be made in writing and will be acknowledged within two working days. Complaints will be fully investigated and responded to (wherever possible) within ten working days. Complaints relating to the test must be made on the test day before leaving the test venue. IELTS will not accept complaints relating to the conduct of the test after results have been released.
Complex complaints may take longer to deal with. In these cases the Test Centre will escalate the complaints and keep test takers updated on the progress of their complaint.
Test Centres follow the agreed British Council Escalation Model when handling complaints.
