The idea
We want residents of Grangetown and visitors to know that we live in a friendly community. To show this, we want to develop a Grangetown smile badge. The badge will represent that the person wearing the badge is a friendly, kind and approachable neighbour to everyone in the area. (Grangetown Resident)
Progress
Community Gateway ran a workshop in collaboration with Cardiff University students at the Grangetown Festival 2017 on Project Smile asking residents to design a 'smile' badge to show that they are a friendly resident. This was a huge success and very well received by visitors to the event.
