The idea
"We want to work with Cardiff University to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Ely Tidal Harbour & Penarth Dock, bringing together all sectors of the community to share in the celebration of the area's history.
We would like to facilitate the understanding and melding of the different community groups, their cultures and lifestyles."
