A message from the Vice-Chancellor regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

We are in close contact with Public Health Wales and other official government bodies. The latest information including health and travel advice is available from the Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England (PHE), the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), the Welsh Government and Public Health Wales.

We have also created Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) information for current students and current staff. These pages are reviewed and updated regularly.

Open Days and Offer Holder days

Although we cannot welcome you physically on campus at the moment, you can join us for our Virtual Open Day on Friday 3 July 2020.

Graduation 2020

The traditional graduation ceremonies for students graduating in 2020 have been postponed until 2021 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are currently planning for ceremonies to take place next July for both the class of 2020 and 2021.

We encourage students to join their fellow students and staff for your Class of 2020 Virtual Celebration.

It is important to stress that our decision does not impact on the University awarding degrees. Provided students meet the requirements of their course we will confer their degree. We will make sure we get award documents (degree certificate and final transcript) to students in the normal way, as soon as possible after receiving their results.
