Registration for the Conference is now open.
Fees
Early bird registration
Early bird registration is £260 until 31 March 2018.
General registration
Full registration fee is £295 from 1 April 2018.
The registration fee includes a drinks reception on Wednesday 27 June and a conference dinner on Thursday 28 June.
Day rates
Day rates are available from 1 April 2018:
- Wednesday 27 June 2018 (includes conference drinks reception): £135
- Thursday 28 June 2018 (does not include conference dinner): £135
- Thursday 28 June 2018 (including conference dinner): £175
- Friday 29 June 2018 (half day) £70.
Student rate
The student registration fee is £40.
The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions (for students wishing to attend without presenting a paper/film/workshop).
Please note this does not include the conference dinner.
Conference dinner tickets
The conference dinner takes place on Thursday 28 June.
Separate tickets are available for delegates who would like to bring a guest or for those attending the conference as a student.
Tickets are £40 per person. Please select 'Conference Dinner' on the registration booking form if you would like to purchase these as an additional option.
Accommodation
We have two accommodation options available:
Cardiff University Colum Hall (single en suite room) with minimum of 2 night stay.
Hotel Indigo, Cardiff (Queen size room) with minimum of 3 night stay.
