Interactive Health Workshops

  • CalendarAvailable on request
  • Clock outlineUp to 2 hours

These free workshops are run by our medical students and involve a collection of "hands-on" activities, demonstrations and quizzes.

These activities are designed to make learning fun and to teach primary school pupils will learn about the organs of the body and the benefits of healthy living (eg exercise, diet, not smoking).

A secondary benefit is that pupils may be encouraged to think about careers in medicine or biomedical science.

The workshops are designed for pupils in Key Stage 2 (years 5 and 6).We are able to run the activities at your school.
