Establishing local cookery and baking workshops.

The idea

As an unemployed chef, I would love to set up my own business running tutorials in baking, cooking and sugar craft for local people and students. (Grangetown resident)

How can Cardiff University help?

Community Gateway could support this project with the use of the new Grange Pavilion kitchen and could also assist with the marketing and promotion of the project to local residents and schools.
