Jan Juillerat MBA

Jan Juillerat joined the Council of Cardiff University in 2016 and was appointed as Vice Chair of Council on 1 August 2019.  She is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Finance and Resources Committee, and Governance Committee.

Jan Juillerat has worked extensively in education and research in the UK, most recently as an Executive Director at UKRI.  She is also an experienced NED.  Jan is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified Organisation Development practitioner and Executive Coach.  She works as an independent practitioner across the education, research and not-for-profit sectors, as a consultant, coach, reviewer and advisor, supporting effective practice, positive culture and behaviours, organisational capability and organisational performance. She is an Associate with Advance HE and a trustee of the Careers Research Advisory Centre (CRAC) Ltd.

Jan is a strong advocate of inclusivity, creativity, dialogue and collaboration.
