Vehicles can access Deri house from St Andrew's Place or Park Grove. Dropping off is recommended on Park Grove, close to the dropped kerb. There is pay and display on-street parking available along Park Grove Road. Blue Badge holders can park along Park Grove free of charge.

Stepped access into Deri House is from St Andrew's Place. There are 4 steps with a handrail in the middle. The edges of each step have visual contrast. There is a dropped kerb on the corner of the pavement. There is a very shallow slope to access the main entrance of Deri House from Park Grove.

There is one main entrance door to Deri House, which is automated. The reception desk is in the entrance of Deri House, ahead to the left. The desk is low and is staffed during opening hours. The Deri House reception number is +44 (0)29 2087 0112. The lighting levels in reception are good.

There are 3 accessible toilets in Deri House on the ground, second and fourth floors.

There are 2 lifts in Deri House which access all 5 floors. There is a mirror at the back of the lift to aid reversing. The lift controls are at an accessible height. The lift has a visual floor indicator and tactile markings.

Parking

University car parks are monitored by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras and foot patrol officers.

Only authorised vehicles that have paid for parking can use the car parks.

Blue Badge holders can park for free but will need to email their vehicle registration number to carparking@cardiff.ac.uk within 24 hours of their visit.
